Welcome to Your Vacation: A Comfortable, Charming, and Spacious Vacation Home
This spacious, detached vacation home on Usedom offers plenty of room for families or small groups of up to six people, with approximately 120 m² of living space. The property spans two floors and features three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and an additional guest restroom. Especially convenient: Two private parking spaces are located directly on the enclosed property—ideal for a stress-free arrival.
The large living area invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa corner, TV, and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. From the dining area with its large dining table, you have direct access to the furnished patio—perfect for breakfast surrounded by greenery or a barbecue in the sunset. Wi-Fi, books, a radio, and window screens provide additional comfort.
Close to the beach, family-friendly, and surrounded by nature
The location is a real plus: The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of Usedom is just about 1,000 m away. For your daily needs, you’ll find supermarkets about 600 m away, restaurants as close as 200 m, and the nearest train station is also only about 200 m away. You can also explore the surrounding area wonderfully on foot or by bike—a lockable bike storage room is available.
The large, well-maintained garden with a gazebo, lawn for sunbathing, and patio furniture offers plenty of space for playing, sunbathing, or relaxing.
