Welcome to our thatched-roof vacation home, built in 2010. The house is modern and comfortably furnished with light-colored country-style furniture and, with its 3 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people, including a maximum of 1 toddler.
The house is located between the Baltic Sea and Lake Gothen in Heringsdorf. The large property, situated in a quiet residential area with a terrace, a garden featuring a beach chair, and an electric grill, offers pure relaxation.
The beach and shopping are so close that you can leave your car in the property’s own parking spaces.
Important for dog owners: The property is not fenced.
Seemannsgarn House:
Welcome to our Seemannsgarn vacation home. With 100 square meters of living space spread over two floors, you’ll find a comfortable vacation home—the entire house is equipped with radiant floor heating.
On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a cozy living room with a dining area. Self-caterers will find a fully equipped kitchen that meets every need. A Swedish fireplace ensures cozy evenings.
Three bedrooms—one of which is on the first floor—each with a double bed, two bathrooms with showers, and the sauna offer plenty of comfort after a long day at the beach, a walk in the woods, or a bike ride along Lake Gothen.
Two LCD TVs and a DVD player are available for a relaxing evening of TV.
The garden shed features an electric grill and a handcart; for little Usedom fans, a crib and a high chair are provided.
Thanks to the beautiful property, bordered by hedges, your four-legged friend will also enjoy a wonderful vacation.
