On the 3rd floor, spread over two levels, you’ll find first-class vacation comfort for up to six people. On the lower level of the apartment is the combined living and dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. You can enjoy your meals in good company at the inviting dining table. To ensure that even our younger guests can enjoy themselves in the truest sense of the word, there is a children’s table with two chairs. Additionally, this floor features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm/two separate mattresses) as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer.

The apartment’s floors are made of natural stone and, thanks to the underfloor heating, radiate a cozy warmth. From the living area, you can step out onto the southeast-facing balcony and enjoy a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.[nbsp] A spiral staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment: from the loft, you have access to the two additional bedrooms and the second bathroom. In the apartment’s second bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm / two separate mattresses), a crib (140x75 cm), and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a flat-screen TV to ensure a restful night’s sleep. For the 5th and 6th guests, we charge an extra bed fee per day—depending on the season.

So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and provided a shower towel and a small hand towel. The upper bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer. You can access the apartment through two entrances: there is one on each floor. For our younger guests, a high chair and a bath stool are available in each bathroom.


Use of the building’s wellness area is, of course, included. Here you’ll find a heated pool, various saunas with a Kneipp bath, and a fitness area.


A private beach chair on the beach is available from May through September for a fee.


A parking space in the garage (entrance height 2.00 m), a shared bicycle storage room (subject to availability), an elevator in the building, and Wi-Fi access are, of course, available to guests free of charge. A washing machine and dryer in the building are available for a fee.


A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderline buses within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf for free. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the pier from April through October.
