The apartment was extensively renovated and refurnished in early 2018. Designer flooring, a modern kitchen with a comfortable counter, completely renovated bathroom fixtures, and high-quality furniture in the living and sleeping areas ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay in this apartment.
Through a traditional Darß-style front door, you enter the large dining area with an adjoining kitchen and the bright living room with a pull-out sofa bed. At the back of the apartment, on the right, is the spacious bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a chair. On the opposite side are a shower room with a toilet and a separate guest restroom.
You’ll feel right at home here, even when it’s raining outside! The apartment features a fiber-optic internet connection with speeds of up to 100 Mbit.
The apartment includes a lockable bike/storage room and a parking space, both located right next to the building.
