Located right next to the Darß Forest, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet setting here—perfect for long walks with your dog. The center of Prerow, as well as the north and west beaches, are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
The duplex apartment spans the upper and attic floors and captivates with its rustic charm, featuring plenty of wood and a warm, cozy living atmosphere. The living area features cozy seating and a pull-out TV sofa. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing meals in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The kitchen, with an adjoining dining area, is practically equipped. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on this level.
The top floor features two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two single beds—as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A parking space directly next to the house and a lockable bicycle and storage room where e-bikes can be charged are included with the apartment. A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the complex. A charging station for electric cars is located in the shared parking lot of Building Q.
