About this apartment rental
This spacious and light-filled vacation rental is the perfect getaway for families and anyone looking for some breathing room. Located right next to the idyllic Darß Forest, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere here—yet you’re still just a short distance from the lively town center of Prerow with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants.
The bright maisonette apartment spans the upper and attic floors and offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. The heart of the apartment is the large living room with a cozy TV couch and inviting armchairs—ideal for game nights together or relaxing after a day at the beach. From the living room, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony, where you can start your day in a relaxed way with breakfast in the morning sun or wind down in the evening.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals. This level also features a shower room with a toilet.
In the attic, you’ll find two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—perfect for families with children. An additional shower room ensures extra comfort even when the apartment is fully occupied.
The surrounding area is ideal for extended bike rides or hikes through the Darß Forest and along the coast. Both the family-friendly North Beach and the unspoiled West Beach are easily accessible and offer swimming and nature experiences for all ages.
A lockable bike shed right next to the house, a washer and dryer (for a fee), and an electric car charging station in the parking lot of House Q round out the amenities.
This vacation rental combines spaciousness, plenty of natural light, and an ideal location—the perfect conditions for a relaxing family vacation on the Baltic Sea
