The room was amazing; the food at every meal was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent .
check in and check out process is slow and frustrating .

I had the best experience at FIVE on JBR, Dubai! The hotel was super clean, beautifully presented, and a pleasure to stay in.
A special thank you to Mr Tarek for upgrading my room and making my stay even more memorable. I really appreciated his warm welcome and excellent service.
A fantastic stay from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
