My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the whole experience felt genuinely first-class.
A special thank you to Angelica on reception, whose warm and friendly welcome immediately made us feel at home. We were also delighted with the upgrade to a beautiful Marina View room, which made our stay even more special.
Rafi and Jhony also deserve a special mention for looking after us so well — from our arrival by taxi to arranging valet parking when we hired a vehicle. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with an excellent choice and superb quality.
A beautiful hotel, fantastic location and, most importantly, outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Our room was upgraded and we were extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and very obliging. We were also provided with a breakfast box as we left early.

Wonderful location, beautiful facilities, lovely food with half board option and first class staff. The pool was amazing.
Nothing at all - everything was amazing.

Room upgrade option request was not fulfilled
Reception personnel did not explain the hotel arrangements and facilities included
Cleaning of the rooms was performed only after 15PM which is too late to my opinion in the 5 star hotel
