Clean. Location. Staff
Check in was painfully slow. Trying to get to breakfast in the morning is impossible. All the elevators are full and pass your floor. We went back to the room.

Location, design, breakfast. Staff assisting at entrance were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very small (but not a big problem).
Carpet in room really needs a good clean and we found some long hair not belonging to us in the room, which is never nice. Also our room was not serviced the first two days and we had to call the front desk for toilet paper refill.
