Very communicative and helpful owner - despite not meeting, we had some issues gaining access and she responded almost immediately (door is stiff, for future guests make sure you pull it really hard towards yourself as you turn the key).
Great location - right by the Jewish quarter with lots to do, and about 20 mins walk down one main road to Old Town.
Despite the bedrooms being quite small, the apartment felt spacious overall and had all necessary facilities for a short city break.
Felt very safe and secure being behind a couple of gates within a courtyard.
Shower is very small, as a tall and muscular guy I couldn't really wash myself easily without risking flooding the bathroom (but for most people this is probably fine).
Some of the electrics are a little bit unsafe - there's a few open wires behind the coffee machine so we decided not to use it.
Pictures suggest this is possibly on a high floor or has a view of the surrounding area. We didn't need a view as we just used it as a base for exploring, but be aware it is a ground-floor apartment (and ensure you close the curtains when you are changing, as you may find walking tours stop outside to discuss the history of the building whilst you get changed!).
No real complaints though - we had a great stay here in Krakow and would consider the same place again.

Apartamento 100% recomendable en Cracovia. La ubicación es inmejorable: en plena zona del barrio judío , con ambiente joven, mucho movimiento, pero sin ser ruidoso dentro. Tienes de todo al lado: supermercados, tiendas, cervecerías y un mercadito típico polaco que es muy bonito.
El piso está nuevo, súper limpio y se nota que está preparado para el frío de aquí, muy bien aislado y climatizado. Cocina equipada, baño perfecto y camas bastante cómodas.
Si buscas buen ambiente, moverte fácil y sentirte como en casa, es el sitio.

The location is excellent
But the photos on booking.com are not accurate
It’s tired and has damage in various areas
No fans in room in the heat
Sheets had to be changed as they where dirty on one bed
Lots of wear and tear in apartment
