Communication was excellent - we were contacted a couple of days in advance of our trip with a pre-check-in request, and following that, were provided with a detailed summary of how to access the apartment. The company also contacted me during our stay and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was well equipped, warm and very comfortable and my daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. I was glad that we were only on the 1st floor though given the stairs!!
When booking this accommodation on booking.com, we were offered a complimentary airport pick-up and unfortunately this was the most disappointing aspect of our trip and a horrible start to it. The taxi driver was in no way helpful or friendly, and was extremely annoyed by our flight being delayed (obviously something which was out of our control!), and even though we had provided flight details via the app so that the flight could be tracked. I have never had to complain before about booking.com and although unlikely the responsibility of the apartment, if other travellers are considering booking this accommodation, I would advise against the free transfer. Boy do I regret tipping the driver at all ... especially given I had tipped him more than an Uber cost us to return to the airport!!!

Great location. Good base to explore both the Old Town and Kazimierz. Very clean and comfortable. All the facilities I needed for a short break. Great communication with the hosts.
If I’m being picky, the WiFi was a bit poor.
