Logements (j'en avais réservé 2) très confortables, très modernes, bien décorés avec une grande pièce où se réunir et manger à 6 personnes (pour le plus grand, appartement 2 chambres de luxe), très bien situés avec 2 restaurants excellents tout proches, l'arrêt du tram dans la rue, très calmes car situés sur une cour intérieure, proches de tous les quartiers à visiter (la grande place, le quartier juif, le château, etc), rapide réaction des loueurs quand il y a eu un problème d'eau chaude, le technicien a été vite sur place et le problème réglé
Il est indiqué que les appartements sont accessibles par ascenseur. Or, l'ascenseur s'arrête au 4e étage et pour atteindre la 2e chambre louée, il fallait monter environ 20 marches, impossible pour mon mari avec ses béquilles (heureusement j'avais loué 2 appartements et nous avons partagé celui du 4e). Assez difficile à trouver en arrivant, j'avais lu dans les commentaires que c'était dans une cour mais il n'y avait aucune pancarte à l'entrée de l'immeuble (c'est dans une cour entre le Best Western et un restaurant et c'est l'entrée à droite après la barrière), aucune mention n'avait été faite au moment de la réservation que pour pouvoir récupérer les clefs il fallait au préalable (avec un message envoyé quelques jours avant notre arrivée) faire un dépôt de ZLO 1300 par appartement et ceci sur WhatsApp. Il n'y a pas de linge de cuisine et peu de serviettes. Une des chambres n'avait pas de rangement et de place pour ouvrir une petite valise. Heureusement, il y avait un rangement dans le couloir.

موقع ممتاز جداً يبعد حوالي 7 دقائق مشياً فقط عن ساحة كراكوف الرئيسية. • نظافة ممتازة الشقة وطابق الشقة نظيف وجديد تماماً رغم أن المبنى نفسه قديم.
مكتملة الخدمات: يتوفر في الحمام شطاف وهو ميزة رائعة للمسافرين العرب.
• غياب اللوحات الإرشادية: لا توجد أي لوحة خارجية تبين اسم الشقة، ولا توجد لوحة داخل المصعد تدل على وجود اسم الشقه بجانب الأرقام
• 🛗 طريقة الصعود: أول ما تصل إلى المبنى، تدخل وتركب المصعد مباشرة وتختار الطابق.
• 🔑 صندوق المفاتيح (Key Box): يوجد بوكس صغير أمام باب الشقة لوضع الرقم السري المرسل لك في الحجز. تنبيه: عند إدخال الرقم الصحيح، يجب عليك فتح البوكس بالكامل بسحبه من الأعلى لكي تتمكن من الحصول على المفتاح، وطريقة فتحه غير تقليدية وتحتاج إلى قليل من التفكير والتركيز.

This property was just beautiful. Exceptionally clean, 2 comfortable bedrooms, lovely open plan kitchen with sitting area and dining table. Very modern, well equipped and had great views over the surrounding area. Underfloor heating and also an air conditioning unit in the living area. Ideally located within a quiet courtyard, around a 5 minute walk from the Old Town Main Square. I would thoroughly recommend this property.
No storage in second bedroom however, there was storage in the hall and kitchen area.

Excellent location close to castle and old town. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a few days stay. Plenty of toiletries, and owner responsive
The apartment was on 5th floor and lift only went to 4 -we had travelled around Poland for 3 weeks so had heavy luggage to carry up final flight.
