Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this modern 3-room vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. Spanning a spacious 69 m² on the first floor, this comfortable apartment features a cozy east-facing balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun and the magnificent view of the sea.
The light-filled living area, featuring a cozy sofa nook and a flat-screen TV, invites you to relax. In the open kitchen area, you’ll find everything you need for a successful vacation—including an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. You can enjoy meals together in the dining area in a pleasant atmosphere.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack, offering additional comfort.
Your four-legged companion is also welcome—enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air together and the many opportunities for walks along the coast.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 6) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
Note about the surrounding area:
From March through November 2026, facade renovation work will be taking place on the Bellevue building in the immediate vicinity of the complex. During this time, there may be construction noise and occasional dust. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to welcoming you despite the construction work.

The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbor, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long beach.
