Quality and comfort and great breakfast

Location is in a quiet village location north of Bottesford. (Beware some sat-navs may take you elsewhere. Plenty of car parking on concrete hardstanding. Warm welcome on arrival and breakfast requirements taken before being shown room. Room was compact, but had room to use a laptop with comfort and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good and room dressing tasteful and reminiscent of mid-twentieth century country middle-class. Lounge available, but I did not use it. Will be happy to return back, if in the area.
Nothing particular.

We were welcomed and shown the property with some interesting info about the working farm. Room was smallish but very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and freshly cooked
Nothing. We liked it

Breakfast was exceptionally good - very good quality and nicely prepared. The bed linen was particularly nice.
Our room was well equipped but tired looking and a bit dusty. The bathroom is in need of refurbishment.
