Villa Helene is located on quiet Klenzestraße, a peaceful side street, yet right in the heart of the seaside resort. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping are practically right outside the door, and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
This charming vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to three people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The split-level layout is particularly appealing. Upon entering the apartment, the bathroom and the second bedroom with a single bed are located on the entry level. From here, steps lead down to the spacious living area with an open kitchen, the balcony, and the large bedroom. This unique layout gives the apartment its distinctive character. However, due to the stairs, the vacation rental is not wheelchair accessible.
The light-filled living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, invites you to linger. Here, you can spend time together, plan your next outing, or simply unwind. On the northwest-facing balcony, you can relax and wind down after an eventful day of vacation with a glass of wine.
The open-concept kitchen blends harmoniously into the living area and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Amenities include an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. After dinner, the dishwasher conveniently takes care of the dishes.
Two separate bedrooms are available for restful nights. The large bedroom, with its cozy sloped ceilings, features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm with a full-length mattress) and invites you to sleep in and dream. The second bedroom features a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and is ideal for a third person.
The bathroom is functionally designed and equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. To ensure you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest starting on the day of your arrival, the beds will already be made upon your arrival. A shower towel and a hand towel are also provided for each guest.
In the second bedroom, there is also the option to set up a travel crib for a toddler up to three years old. The travel crib can be added to your reservation for a fee.
