Apartment No. 1 at Villa Monico accommodates up to 4 people on one level in a 48-square-meter space.
The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa set, as well as a flat-screen TV and a DVD player to keep you entertained. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area and featuring a dining area for up to 4 people, leaves nothing to be desired: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle, and much more. A cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses) in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep, so you can start your new vacation day feeling refreshed.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The sleeper sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional sleeping space for the third and fourth guests in no time at all. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and a hair dryer. On the adjoining north-west-facing terrace, you can reflect on your day’s adventures over a glass of wine.
Free Wi-Fi access rounds out your vacation comfort. A free parking space, located just about 50 meters from Villa Monico, is available to you during your stay. Right in front of the villa, there is a loading and unloading zone for our guests.
A special bonus: With your visitor’s card, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
