Located on the first floor of a historic Gründerzeit villa dating from 1880 is this lovingly, cozily, and classically furnished 3-room vacation apartment (68 m²) for 4 adults and one toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel crib). The open-concept living area features a cozy seating area, a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray/CD player. The glass-enclosed loggia just off the living area is the perfect spot to relax at the dining table. The floor-to-ceiling windows slide open completely to the side, giving the loggia the feel of a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes—is integrated into the living area and is perfect for social cooking evenings. There are two bedrooms with large double beds, a closet, and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. A parking space is located directly next to the house. You can use the Wi-Fi for free in this apartment. For younger guests, you can book a travel crib and a high chair for an additional fee.
