The “Strandkorb” and “Strandblick” vacation apartments are located on the first floor. Each is 60 square meters in size, accommodates up to four people, and features a bright design, high-quality solid wood parquet flooring, and sophisticated furnishings with an eye for detail. The centerpiece of each apartment is the open-concept living area, which connects the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
From the apartments’ large balconies, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea while having breakfast or sunbathing. On beautiful summer evenings, the cozy couch faces stiff competition from the spacious south-facing balcony, where you can still enjoy the warming evening sun even late in the day.

The Beach House is located on one of Niendorf’s most beautiful streets, in the second row from the beach promenade—just a stone’s throw from the sea. The modern building is bright and inviting, tastefully furnished, and designed so that the bedrooms always face the sea—sea views and the sound of the waves included. The Beach House features four vacation apartments, each 60 square meters in size and accommodating up to four people, and—since March 2020—a 105-square-meter vacation apartment on the first floor that accommodates up to six people. Parking in front of the house, Wi-Fi, and a covered bike rack are included with every booking.
