About this house rental
This modern, newly built vacation home features high-end amenities and is located in the quiet vacation home community of Niendorf/Ostsee, a neighborhood of Timmendorfer Strand nestled in the heart of a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea, the beautiful sandy beach, and the promenade, as well as the lively Niendorf harbor with its many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bike rentals[nbsp], are all within a few minutes’ easy walk.[nbsp][nbsp]
With 3 bedrooms and two high-quality bathrooms, the “Auszeit” vacation home[nbsp][nbsp]offers plenty of space for 6 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You can relax wonderfully at any time in the private garden sauna. Bright, inviting rooms thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, tasteful furnishings, and underfloor heating create a pleasant living atmosphere. The spacious southwest-facing terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers[nbsp] is perfect for everything from breakfast to cozy evenings. On the first floor, in addition to two spacious bedrooms with double beds (180x200)—one with an additional TV and access to the terrace—there are two high-quality shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious living and dining area with an adjoining sun terrace. Wi-Fi, TV, and a Bluetooth system are available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the separate utility room. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a TV. All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds. There is an electric vehicle charging station at the house (for a fee).
The vacation home is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. A[nbsp] bike shed and bike racks near the entrance, as well as 2 parking spaces, are also located outside. There is[nbsp] also a wallbox available for charging (for a fee) your electric vehicle, which can be shared with the neighboring “Kleine Auszeit” vacation home.
