location was great. Tours with the boat too. Great way to see wildlife. Room was spacious and we could stay in a air-conditioned room at extra costs. Food was tasty and good but see also below.
Food was always lukewarm at best. French fries were always cold. Seemed like the staff was cooking at a convenient time for them and not for the guests.
Food was ready before the timing indicated. When one arrived at the restaurant early - e.g. just to read - staff would start with serving the food already, without all the guests present. Our new room was not well cleaned - building dust still present at walls. Closet for cloths had nothing to hang stuff on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the river cruises and guide was helpful and interesting. Food was good and plentiful.
Had to pay extra for air conditioning. Elephant tour was extra and expensive without any guarantee of seeing the animals which happened to others.

Absolutely beautiful lodge and a gorgeous location. Staff were excellent and the meals were amazing.

The location. Remote and truly in the jungle.
The food. Meals were delicious. Even though nuggets and chips were served for breakfast there was always toast and eggs.
The wildlife. Awesome.
The state of the bathroom. The mould and ceiling was awful. Sure it’s remote and it’s basic but it’s not hard for it to be clean.
The hard upsell - for add on tours, air conditioning etc. This was an expensive stay and the constant hustle for more was annoying .
