The property a very comfort and pleasent for us to stay. The accomodation like gym, pool and sauna like really helpful because we can keep busy with many activity.
I think the time for us to cheak out should be around 1 pm. Not 11 am.

Excellent host who went above and beyond to help us to enjoy our stay. He pre-prepared 2 tubs of water in the bathroom/toilets answered the call and provided led lights and torches during the power outage. All the appliances are in working order, cleanliness, amenities (swimming pool and gym), quietness. Great ceiling fan and air conditioning.
We didn't like the water disruption and 3-night power outage. Although it had nothing to do with the host, it was to do with the local utilities' providers.
On the 1st night of power outage also the longest, it lasted almost 5 hours. The diesel to power the backup power failed because the management failed to top up the diesel tank. A resident was trapped inside the lift for an extended period of time, firefighters and ambulance arrived to help. Things that are missing: a small safe, hooks behind the bathroom door, a vacuum cleaner, used sponges/scrub/kitchen towel provided, limited shelving in the kitchen when the place has 3 bedrooms, the brooms and mop need are too old and need to be replaced. A list of prices on the back of the front door to replace broken utensils etc. when there is no information on fire evacuations, stair's location, no fire extinguishers in the apartment. No instruction on using he gas stove. Missing kitchen paper towels and hand wash detergent. Only 1 extra toilet roll for 8 night's stay. No bathmat, no peephole on the front door.
The large doors to the floor were always left ajar, alarm constantly going off as people simply using the door without tapping off the access card. The area between the lift to the door on the floor is begging for some lightnings. Puddle of water from the rain next to the "alarm going off" door, potential issues for slip and fall.

Isoloated, quiet location but a bit removed from shops. Extremely clean and comfortable and good value for money. Hosts were very helpful with instructions via WhatsApp.
*Advise meeting hosts when checking-in. Self check-in is not for the faint hearted - extremely convoluted process.
*There is a caveat to staying at this locality (see attached photos) which made our stay somewhat uncomfortable.
