One covered garage parking space is included with your stay. The space accommodates one vehicle up to 6 feet 9 inches in height.



Additional parking may be available through the valet company, an independent service not managed by the building. Extra parking incurs an additional fee payable directly to the valet company.



Please confirm that your vehicle meets the garage height restriction before arrival.

The front desk can assist with package retrieval. However, guests are responsible for their own deliveries and packages, including monitoring deliveries and collecting them as needed. The host is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

We follow CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, including thorough disinfection between stays. Exterior surveillance cameras are present for added property security.



★ CLIMATE & BIODIVERSITY



Miami has a warm, humid, tropical climate throughout much of the year. Although regular inspections and pest control are conducted, occasional encounters with local insects or wildlife may still occur.



Guest Access:

An assigned parking space in the private garage is included. Full space will be at guest disposal.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.



* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

Getting around Miami is a breeze from our Brickell location. We recommend renting a car, which you can park conveniently on the premises at no extra cost. For those preferring public transit, the free Metromover system is easily accessible and perfect for exploring the downtown area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also highly efficient for quick trips to major transit hubs or Miami International Airport, which is typically a 20 minute drive away.
