Fantastic apartment in an amazing location.

The apartment is in a fantastic location with amazing views. It was very clean and very well equipped. It felt like home from home and I would definitely stay there again. Communication from the host was excellent too.

Unfortunately the building site opposite the apartment was quite noisy during working hours. This didn't spoil our holiday but may cause issues for others. Also some of the fixtures and fittings were looking worn and need fixing I.e. the bedroom blind and the bathroom vanity cupboard door and the plants look to be dying.

Muy bien localizado y todo funciono muy bien.

Location.

Tiene puertas(como la del aire donde guardan las cosas de limpieza que esta en mal estado. Y los blackout eestan en muy mal estado.

Host communicated well and the flat was comfortable.

Location was good. Walkable to most areas or easy commute.

A little noisy on the balcony due to a lot of construction. But the windows cut out almost all of the noise.

Overall, a wonderful experience—we would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Miami Airbnb! The apartment exceeded expectations—it’s even better than the photos. The room features a stunning wide sea view, and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The building feels very safe, with security and secure locks in the lobby and elevator. The neighborhood is excellent—just a 20-minute walk (safe and lively even at night) to Brickell City Center, 2-3 minutes to convenience stores, seaside restaurants, and the waterfront, and about a 10-minute walk to the Metromover station. Traffic can be a bit heavy in the early morning, but overall, the location is superb. The host and admin agent were very responsive and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only (minor) issue was that the amenities weren’t refillable—I may have missed this detail in the description. It’s not a big deal since convenience stores are nearby, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The room’s noise insulation could be better, as it’s easy to hear chatter next door. However, the neighbors were respectful and quiet at night, so it wasn’t a problem.
