I do NOT recommend

Nothing at all!

The host waited until 1 hour before check in to send a message on here to cancel our reservation. I saw the message when I walked in the lobby to check in. Previous to us even arriving I could not reach him after several calls to the number listed bcd I kept getting a request to pay a building fee, which I did not see when I initially booked the reservation. He finally texted me back, I requested a call back to make sure it wasn’t a scam and did not hear back until the day I was arriving. When the front desk called him he answered immediately. I asked him why wouldn’t they reach out before the day of to cancel and he disregarded my question and said he had another unit. I turned it down bc at this point this is not someone I find to be professional. Especially while I’m vacationing. On top of it. We had to find another room and charge it bcd the payment had to be reversed to our card within 7-10 business days. Never again. Lastly, while I’m in the lobby figuring this out with bookings customer service, several people came to the desk complaint that the key fobs were not working. They were locked out of units and a few said the units were dirty.
