The apartment is in a lovely old block conveniently situated about 8 minutes walk away from the station and about 10 minutes walk into the old town. The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings and a loft style mezzanine for the master bed. There is plenty of wardrobe space as well. I note other reviews stated noise however this was not an issue for us. What was an issue was the total lack of actual human contact regarding access. The apartment is managed by a remote system which texts you information once they have received your identification and you have paid the tourist tax. This might work seamlessly if everyone arrives at the same time however we were 2 friends arriving from different destinations at different times. The system is not so smooth on such occasions. There were endless text messages and a degree of frustration.
The main door from the street into the block is managed from your phone - once the company is satisfied with your details as mentioned above. I wondered what would happen if a) your phone is stolen b) you run out of battery or in my case likely to walk out forgetting your phone. There seemed no concrete method ie a key or door code with which to enter should any of these issues occur.
All in all the property was fine but beware of the over complicated method of access.

Great location and had what we needed there. The communication in advance were very good and we had no major issues with the property itself.
It was very noisy and we didn’t sleep well at all. The road noise, park music until late, the noises in the apartment from the fridge and clunky aircon, plus being able to hear everyone else in the building from slamming doors, lift and talking. We expected some noise but not the extreme we had. It would stop us returning.

The location was excellent. Close to the train and bus a station
The instructions to enter the building were confusing . After we did manage to enter the building , the room instructions stated it was apartment 1 , but it was infact 2/2 . We were 2 woman - not a couple and had booked the room because it had a double and sofa bed . We found there was no linen for the sofa bed and were informed that for stays of two persons linen is not included for the sofa bed .”we usually provide them either upon request with a small extra fee for stays of 3 people “ we spent an hour trying to contact them , thru what’s app - no response and eventually by email. After a frustrating length of time , we did eventually receive the linen . We couldn’t find the controls to close the shutters to block out the street lighting at night . Annoying.

Posizione centrale, ampio e luminoso.
Vasca da bagno non utilizzabile poiché senza il tappo ( mi han detto che è stato rubato tempo fa), macchinetta del caffè senza neanche una cialda quindi non utilizzabile per chi si ferma una notte , coperchio tavoletta del water che ti cade sulla schiena quando ti siedi. Il portone si apre con un link e se si scarica il telefono si è chiusi fuori. Accanto al letto un armadio senza un anta con cuscini impilati dentro sembra di essere in un negozio, ed abat-jour che non funziona.
Il bagno ha bisogno di qualche intervento.
