We liked the decor and size of the property. We also liked the location. The beds were comfortable.
The dishwasher was not functioning and the hot water was intermittent. It also should have had a washing machine but this was not available. Also, on arrival there was not clear instructions on how to enter the property and I was left waiting for 40 minutes before I received a reply to my repeated request for information.

Avere saputo prima che era un terzo piano con scalini molto impegnativi per alcune persone sarebbe stato importante prima di prenotare !!!
Il lenzuolo inferiore non riusciva a coprire il materasso , però un ottimo topper e un buon sonno direi, ma cambierei la biancheria e la metterei a misura di letto

The place was decent (clean and tidy to the excpected level). It has a special decorative style, exactly like in the pictures.The proximity to the train station was great. The walking distance to most popular places was no more than 15min either way. The early check in option (12pm) we were given was very convenient.
Too many stairs, but that goes for all apartments in the center so try and travel light. Inside doors downstairs are like made out of carton. Generally no real insulation and no privacy for the upstais and downstairs space, which for us was fine, as we were 3 girls.
Check in at 16:00 is rather too late and check out at 10am too early.
The main flaw is the mattress on the downstairs bedroom, which is broken and needs replacement. Apparently they know it, since they placed a mattress topper, but that does not save the situation. Big deal breaker and major red flag is that when referred, the host did not reply at all. Also the check in was done by a non-English speaking person, and that doesnt add value to the experience. Generally hosts need to understand that it's not about offering a place to sleep, especially when you pay 1000€ for 3 nights!!! It's all about a full service, before -DURING- and even after. Travellers and tourists know their stuff now and can distinguish between someone who's thoughtfully, helpful, or just there to take their money.
