Felt clean and airy and facilities were good.
The staircase up to sleeping area was quite noisy. Also apartment above could be a little noisy.

Good location; walking distance to the train station - important as we used it for a home base for a day trip nearby and for arriving and departing Bologna by train. It is also convenient to the historical center. There was an Aldi's grocery nearby for breakfast & snack items. The high window facing the canopy of trees on the street was very nice. There are many restaurants nearby and we did not find them noisy at night.
The bed is in an upstairs loft, and on top of a platform; If you stand on the platform, you will hit your head on the ceiling! The stairs to go down and reach the bathroom at night are loud/squeaky and not easy to navigate. It is very bright white, and the couch wasn't comfortable. There were not enough coffee pods provided, and we couldn't find any more in the apartment. There was no place to hang clothes in the loft bedroom.

Communication with the apartment owner is smooth and timely. She is very kind and supportive. The living room is absolutely spacious and clean. Home appliances and everything are well equipped.
This is just my guess, but I'm a bit concerned about the air conditioning due to huge living room which is one of this apartment attractivenesses. It was no problem for me because I visited in September. But for sure, it's just my concern, not an issue. Might be no problem.
