Good location with many restaurants nearby. Walkable to Sultanahmet and Galata Bridge. Just a few minutes walk to trams, Sirkece metro and train station. Room is modern, clean and comfortable. All the staffs at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good value

The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent central location. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive, always available. The room was comfortable and thoroughly cleaned every day. The bathroom is nice and modern.
The elevator was out of use and could not be fixed. TV had no channels only smart TV functions like YouTube. There was no chair in the room to sit on.

We had a wonderful stay at Mara Old City Hotel! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and our room and bathroom were spotless. Everything was functional, comfortable, and exactly as we expected.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They gave us useful information and recommendations about the city and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, a really positive experience, and a big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!
