Kudos to the personnel who are attentive and friendly without being overwhelming.
The location is at walking distance from main sightseeing possibilities. The ambience in the hotel is quite peaceful despite being in the center of Sirkeci.
Small detail as we booked a triple room: in the bathroom we were missing enough hooks to hang 3 towels.

Nice service room was neat and clean nice breakfast. The hotel location was at the tourist spot and the staff was very cooperative, especially Mr. Haroon.

Great location, great selection of foods for breakfast and very helpful staff. Staff organised for us to loan a wheelchair to make it easier for us to get around and sightsee as my daughter was on crutches.
