On the one hand, you’re right in the heart of Prerow, but inside the house and on the property, you won’t hear a thing of the hustle and bustle. Various restaurants, shops, cafés, the movie theater, and the Edeka supermarket are all in the immediate vicinity.
A parking space and a lockable storage room—for your bikes, for example—are available right next to the house.
You can choose whether to book the house with a linens package (towels, bed linens) for €15 p.Person/Aufenthalt. The visitor’s tax is €2.50 per person from May 1 through September 30 and €1.50 per person from October 1 through April 30 (children free, high school and college students 50% off). A security deposit of 250€ is due with the final payment—this will be refunded 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage.

Built in 2021 with great attention to detail and an eye for the extraordinary, our home welcomes all guests seeking a vacation in a special setting. Feel like you’ve arrived on vacation the moment you step inside. The spacious living and dining area invites you to enjoy social evenings, and the decor is understated yet cozy. Soft textures, atmospheric lighting, a muted color palette, and a touch of nature fill the space.
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. You’ll find a selection of different coffee pods for the coffee maker upon arrival. A wide variety of kitchen appliances, bowls, knives, and more will help you prepare your meals.
You’ll love the large south-west-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe, enjoy a delicious breakfast, or gaze at the evening sky while sipping a glass of wine. The modern kitchen is generously equipped for preparing all the fresh seafood you’ll want to bring straight from the sea to your table.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor are complemented by a huge built-in closet (3.5 meters) that offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. Each bedroom features a double bed (a box spring measuring 180x200 and a spring mattress measuring 195x200). A cozy window seat is sure to become one of your favorite spots. The upstairs bathroom offers a wonderful shower experience with a Raindance shower and is equipped with modern amenities. A guest restroom on the first floor rounds out the home’s well-thought-out amenities.
