The "Haus Leidenschaft" semi-detached house is designed to accommodate four people. It is located in the "Traumgarten" vacation complex. The spacious property also features additional semi-detached and single-family homes, as well as a sauna house. In typical Darß style, some of the houses have thatched roofs and each features a beautiful bat dormer in the attic. Each residential unit extends from the first floor to the upper floor. The living area per semi-detached house is approximately 76 m². The lower, light-filled floor is divided into an open living area, a restroom, and a high-quality kitchen with a dining table, from which you have access to the terrace. The two bedrooms on the upper floor each feature a double bed and ample storage space for your clothes. The fifth sleeping area, a sleeper sofa, is located in the attic in the open gallery. A bathroom with a glass shower, sink, and toilet is also located on the upper floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire unit. Each half of the duplex has one parking space available on the property.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer angenehmen, kleinen Anlage. Wir haben die Tage vor Ort genossen. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu, alles perfekt sauber. Empfehlenswert!

Das Haus Leidenschaft ist wunderschön hell, freundlich und top sauber! Vom Kühlschrank bis zum Kopfkissen ist alles perfekt gereinigt und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll. Die Kinder haben viel Platz zum Spielen draußen der Weg zum Strand und in den Ort ist leicht zu laufen und ein schöner Spaziergang! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Ganz tolle Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier wirklich wohlfühlen! Wir haben schon wieder gebucht und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub hier!
