The Seegras House, located at Heinestraße 6b in 18375 Prerow, is a modern vacation home that offers plenty of comfort and a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Spanning 115 m² of living space, it features three bedrooms and a cozy living room, allowing up to 6 guests to relax and enjoy their vacation.
A particularly practical feature is the two bathrooms, complemented by underfloor heating that ensures comfortable temperatures even on cooler days. The house was built in 2017 and, thanks to its allergy-friendly design, is also ideal for guests with sensitivities. For those who don’t want to do without modern conveniences, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and espresso machine. In addition, a CD player, TV, and a hi-fi system are available, so you can plan your evenings just as flexibly as your days.
Everyday comfort is also part of the experience: a washer and dryer are provided, as well as free Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, and window screens so you can enjoy fresh air without being bothered by mosquitoes.
The open fireplace creates a special atmosphere at certain times, while the infrared sauna offers additional relaxation. Outside, the garden invites you to linger, with a terrace and balcony serving as additional retreats.
