Zumutung. It describes an unreasonable imposition something so far below any acceptable standard

The location was fine everything else is a disaster.

My stay at this apartment was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Despite the listing clearly stating there is parking and me specifically requesting it when booking, there was no parking at all, we were left completely stranded on the street. The sofa bed in the living room is a disaster, extremely uncomfortable, old, creaky, and completely unusable. Sleeping was simply impossible. The toilet seat is smaller than it should be and therefore unusable, which made an essential part of the stay a constant struggle. The kitchenware we found was unwashed and dirty — greasy glasses, leftovers on plates. On top of that, there are no bowls at all, and we barely managed to find one single dull kitchen knife, completely inadequate for any kind of use. The electrical connection for the boiler is a massive fire hazard, exposed wires hang loosely, there is no proper protection, and the whole setup looks like a tragedy waiting to happen. During the night, cockroaches appeared in the apartment. I won’t describe the disgust. Furthermore, there is a hole in the wall that lets in every sound from outside and from neighbouring units, the noise is unbearable and makes sleep impossible. The bathtub didn’t have limescale, but it was covered in excessive, messy silicone everywhere, which looked deeply unhygienic and like a direct health risk, just like the rest of the bathroom. The internet listed in the amenities did not work at all no signal, no connection, and the host completely ignored it. This is not an apartment, it is a disgrace and a danger. Avoid it at all costs. The conditions are unhygienic, unsafe, and absolutely unacceptable for human accommodation.

poor experience, a stressful stay with basic needs unmet

nothing

very disappointing- did not meet even basic expectations. Our stay at this hotel was far away from what was advertised. The rooms hadn't working air conditioning, they bring us a old fan. there was a lack of cleanliness, especially in the bathroom ( all of mold) The wifi didnt work at all ,despite being listed as included service. To make things worse , the location was terrible

Not a thing working

I could not find anything I liked, not even the location because it's half an hour walking to navigli.

We booked for three people but they prepared only 2 beds. There was no hot water on; I had to get in touch with the flat manager to fix this. There was a very bad smell of onion in the house, which did not go away not even after keeping the windows opened. The stove is induction based but all the kitchen pots and pans were not compatible. In the morning we all woke up with some buble on the face..maybe due to some bed bugs.
