The location of the accommodation is good. It is close to public transport, restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher.
The accommodation is located in a basement in a back courtyard. It is very stuffy, and if you open the windows, people can look right in. To use the television, a password is required—one we never received from the host, as she ignored our message. In fact, she ignored all of our messages. There is a caretaker who begins cleaning and sweeping at 5:00 a.m.; she works very noisily and talks quite loudly as well. On our first morning, at 7:00 a.m., we were jolted out of bed when she repeatedly struck our window with a broom, wanting to know if the unit was currently occupied. There is only one small trash can in the kitchen, containing a single bin liner—yet guests are expected to separate their waste, with a threat of a €150 fine if they fail to do so. The shower only provides hot water for five minutes; after that, you can forget about having a warm shower. The neighbors were also very noisy. It was highly unpleasant to be able to hear every time a neighbor flushed the toilet or took a shower—it sounded as if it were happening right inside your own bathroom.

Schlüssel in Schlüsselbox.
