Great modern rooms, we slept well, the beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping team were very good and respectful.
I did not like the emails to check in and check out, they asked for a lot of personal information and proof of identity which I did not feel comfortable disclosing all of because I have no idea how good their cybersecurity is and the details requested would be ideal for identity theft. I provided the personal information required but did not scan in a photo of my drivers licence or passport.

The mobility parking is insufficient with only one park. There was a vehicle parked illegally in the single mobility park available at the front of the hotel. When bought to staff attention, they said it had been there all week! We were invited to instead park on ramp area blocking access to footpath (not designated parking), which we declined. Despite this we enjoyed the room, facilities and cafe just across the way.
