About this apartment rental
Built in 1879, the historic, protected water tower in Montabaur offers a unique and cozy atmosphere. Located in a prime spot in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, just about everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower has been preserved in its historic form but still offers many modern amenities. It was completely renovated around 1990 and converted into living space. In 2023, it was renovated with a new bathroom. We hope you have a wonderful time and look forward to your booking!
The Accommodation
We invite you to spend your time in our gorgeous water tower and enjoy unforgettable moments there.
The living area spans a total of 3 floors:
- Basement
- Bedroom
- Living Room/Kitchen/Bathroom
The bedroom features a 160x200 cm (queen-size) double bed.
In the basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron and ironing board are available for your use free of charge.
Guest Access
Our guests have access to the entire water tower, the two parking spaces with a wall-mounted charging station, and the entire surrounding outdoor area

- A very comfortable queen-size bed from Emma with a Bett1 mattress and topper
- Philips Ambilight Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom
- a newly renovated bathroom with a 90x90 shower
