About this apartment rental
Montabaur is an old yet lively half-timbered town with a population of 12,000, featuring a castle visible from afar in the center of the town on the Schloßberg, which houses the Raiffeisen Academy. The downtown area is a 2-minute walk away, and the Premium Outlet and the ICE train station are also within walking distance—about 10 minutes.
Frankfurt and Cologne are each an hour’s drive away, and the ICE offers direct, nonstop service to both cities.
Right here on the Schlossberg and right next to the castle, you’ll find our newly renovated, light-filled, spacious, and high-end apartment, which sleeps 6 people. It’s located on the first floor of a quiet apartment building with a fantastic south-facing location and views over the city and the valley.
There are 2 large bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed and ultra-comfortable box-spring mattresses, as well as a smaller bedroom with a 1.40m-wide double bed and a high-quality latex mattress. All bedrooms are equipped with large closets and luggage racks.
The living and dining area features a cozy couch, a large dining table for social gatherings, a smart TV, and access to the large balcony with additional seating.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities and kitchen gadgets, a modern bathroom, and a separate guest restroom.
High-speed internet with Wi-Fi is included. Upon request, laundry can also be washed and dried.
Up to 2 parking spaces are available on the property; a garage can be booked as needed.
Bed linens and towels are provided; for stays longer than 10 days, a weekly cleaning service with linen replacement is included.
The apartment is non-smoking.
