Stayed 5 nights, will definitely come back. Attractive balcony view, everything clean and works, good bed. Lots of reasonably priced authentic Vietnamese family restaurants nearby. In the morning there was a coffee / juice street stall directly across road from my balcony, very convenient and nice way to start the day. Lisa helped me locate, negotiate price of difficult to source of lantern part. Also took me to potters workshop I would not have found on my own to buy direct. Lisa's local knowledge and help made this a successful visit to Hoi An.
Not a thing comes to mind. This is a well operated homestay.

La ubicación. Excelente, justo enfrente del night market. Sin ruidos del exterior.
A las 12 de la noche nos despertaron por gritos de gente. No sabemos si propietarios o huéspedes. Exceptuando esto, todo correcto.

The room was soundproof and clean. Great balcony to watch the crowds below at the night market. Luggage storage available. Convenient short stroll to the Japanese Bridge, many restaurants and bars.
Bed too hard, narrow staircase and room small for two people. Need to pay in cash.

The staff is kind and friendly. He can speaks simple english. Motorcycle we rented outside can parking inside the property at night, thus we can sleep peacefully.
Our room at the highest floor, might not convienient for oldfolk. The luggage can be lifted up using storage lift. However, It's exhausting that need to climb up after long walking tired day.
