Wally was absolutely amazing. We initially booked for two nights and extended to a week. He was helpful with organising transport to and from the hotel and providing recommendations. We got a free upgrade to a pool view. The room was massive and had a lovely big bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location only a very short walk to hoi an old town. The room was very clean and spacious and staff were all very friendly. Wally was excellent communicating via WhatsApp and can also arrange transport. Pool was really nice and a great temperature.

Wally! He had the best communication on this entire trip. So kind and caring ensuring we had the best possible stay. Offered us lots of activities to do. The location was superb, breakfast was great, pool was fresh and a nice way to cool off. My kids love d this place and Wally even helped us get our laundry clean.
