The location was so perfect, right near the heart of everything but about one block off of the very busy main drag so it was quieter at night. The rooms were very cute and comfortable, beds were great, coffee provided in room, Nana the host gave wonderful recommendations on things to do, restaurants to eat and tailors to go to, and helped us with a ride back to Da Nang airport which was a much better price than Grab at the time. Air conditioning worked great, the view from our room was very very nice, balcony was large. Daily room cleaning was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
Nothing- loved it!

Walking up 3 flights to get to room although they have the narrowest lift in the world. Great for counting steps

The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Nana, Sindy and the team are all great. Our room overlooked the river and was a good size with plenty of storage and a fridge.
The floors in the rooms are not mopped they seem to be sandy and although the tops of cupboards and drawers arecleaninside isnt

Absolutely brilliant host - the most helpful person I have had on a trip - went out of her way several times to help us and provide advice. Brilliant location, quiet, comfortable, loved it!
