It was clean and central to a lot of eating and shopping.
A little small and no desk.

Clean, cozy, and very friendly staff. Room was quite small but space under the bed for suitcase so that's a plus! Had a lovely stay here.
The bed was very firm - still had a good sleep but only thing I can think of that I would change.

Great room size for my needs; excellent location, top-notch cleanliness and friendly staff - superb value.

I like the location. Not too far from the subway, 7-11, and laundry. Staff were helpful and friendly.
It's about a 15-20 min walk to Dotonburi/Shinsaibashi but I don't mind it.
Overall, the room was a bit small. Not a lot of space to maneuver. It wasn't much of an issue as I was travelling by myself but it could be an issue if you're not a solo traveller. Also, the bathroom had a bit of a smell even after it was cleaned through room service.
