Had a great stay at Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi! The location is convenient, close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. Great value and would definitely recommend!

Great location, has a metro station just next door to the property and the walk to dotonbori is about 15 mins.
Room was on the bigger side for Japan, we had a lot of space.
No natural light in the room and sound proofing could be improved

The hotel is just a short walk from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping, and having a subway station right next door makes it super convenient.
The walls of the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear the guest next door snoring all night.

The breakfast is good though they should have fresh fruits. Location is excellent. It is next door to Nagahori train station.
The housekeeper does not clean up the room. No emptying of trash bin too. Only clean towels are given on a daily basis. They only clean up after the guests check out.
