Clean room, good breakfast, good location, helpful staff. Only issue, and this seems to be a problem at all Smile Hotels, the clothes dryers don’t work. You can leave your clothes in there for two hours and they’re still damp.

Definitely loved this hotel, the proximity to food and bigger attractions, and just overall a great place to stay in Osaka. I’d stay here again!
