La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad a 10 minutos de la Torre del Reloj y del Bazar.
También las habitaciones dobles para cuatro personas con una cama de matrimonio y un salón con dos camas simples para los hijos a buen precio.
La falta de piscina , spa o gimnasio en el hotel.

We stayed here as a family. The location is great, and the family room is very good because it actually consists of two separate rooms, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at. Both rooms have separate air conditioning units; however, their placement isn’t ideal. When it's hot and you turn them on, the air blows directly onto your face while in bed.

The most positive aspect of our stay was undoubtedly the friendliness and helpfulness of the majority of the staff. Most team members were genuinely welcoming, attentive and willing to assist us with our requests. In particular, the night-shift reception staff and the gentleman who welcomed us early in the morning deserve special recognition for their kindness, professionalism and excellent customer-oriented attitude. They truly made a difference to our experience.
Another major highlight was the size of our suite. It was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room for our family and a comfortable layout that made our stay more enjoyable.
These two aspects — the genuinely dedicated members of staff and the generous size of the accommodation — were certainly the strongest points of our stay.
Additionally the location is very close to anything interesting in Izmir and man can go in 15 Mins wherever the main attractions are.
Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay fell short of what one would expect from a four-star hotel.
**Customer service:** While most staff members were excellent, one receptionist showed a disappointing lack of professionalism and customer orientation. He frequently appeared more interested in his phone than in assisting guests, even with simple requests concerning parking or invoices.
**Air conditioning:** Our suite was uncomfortably warm (26°C), but we were told that the central system had already been switched to heating mode and cooling was unavailable. The proposed room change would not have solved the problem. Surprisingly, cooling was restored during our final two days, demonstrating that a solution was indeed possible.
**Cleanliness and housekeeping:** The shower edges showed black staining and signs of insufficient deep cleaning. On one evening, small towels were unavailable because the laundry service had reportedly failed to deliver them, despite the hotel not appearing fully occupied.
**Breakfast:** A major disappointment. The selection was predominantly savoury, with very limited sweet options and average overall quality. Popular items, including cake and simit, were never replenished. During our final two days, following the arrival of a large tour group, even basic breakfast items had run out by 8:45 a.m. Staff confirmed that nothing more was available, effectively leaving us without breakfast.
**Overall:** Despite its spacious accommodation and several outstanding employees, the hotel suffers from inconsistent service, inadequate housekeeping and poor operational management. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt closer to that of a modest guesthouse than a professionally managed four-star hotel.
