The location of Zeniva Hotel is absolutely unbeatable. It is just a two-minute walk from Cumhuriyet Square and the beautiful Kordon waterfront, putting endless restaurants and cafes right at your doorstep. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and flawlessly clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely start to the day. As for the breakfast, it was amazing with different options to choose!
In general there was not anything that I could blame of. The only thing that other visitors should know, it is because it is a boutique city hotel, the communal facilities are minimal. There is no gym or pool, which wasn't an issue for me, but it is good to know beforehand.

The hotel was in a great location in the city center and felt safe to walk around. Staff were nice and polite. The room was clean and spacious. There was a little shop nearby (a minute walk away) and restaurants weren't far away either.
The hotel does offer laundry service, but the prices are really expensive. Breakfast was kind of bland, didn't have too many options, especially for a milk intolerant person. The road nearby was quite busy even at nights, so keeping the window open wasn't an option. With the window closed it was alright. For the fellow sensitive people out there - I could hear the lights in the room.

Location was great and clean hotel
The noise was unbelievable. I slept in tents that were more soundproof than this hotel. You could hear other guests breathing through the walls, not to mention toilets flushing and doors banging. I booked based on the reviews, but the hotel is far from that. Only managed to sleep a couple hours in the early morning due to the noise. I always take reviews like mine with an eye-roll as i think guests are usually exaggerating, but i have never experienced this. You could hear the blinds rolling in the next door room, and i am not even mentioning the traffic. On the last day we had to leave earlier to catch the plane and although we paid for breakfast and they had a coffee machine in the lobby we were denied that and were told that it will open at 7..30, so the staff did not make any attempt to accommodate
