Friendly and accommodating staff.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel to our departure, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were warmly greeted by Ramazan at the entrance who enthusiastically helped us with our luggage with true vigour and energy. Next, Onak, at reception welcomed us and made our check in seamless. A shout out to also goes to Ada, Guest Relations Officer. Ada was extremely helpful, obliging and displayed a 'can do' attitude to our specific requests. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a true asset to the organisation.
Finally, Kerem, Asst. Manager, needs a special mention for how he handled a minor issue. Kerem handled the situation with absolute professionalism, objectivity and understanding, resolving the matter perfectly.
The high standards of customer service is a testament to the training, support and guidance staff receive.
Our stay was a truly wonderful, memorable experience. Thank you all!

An excellent experience from start to finish! Outstanding service, exceptionally friendly and professional staff, excellent housekeeping, spotless cleanliness, and very comfortable accommodation. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making our stay truly enjoyable and memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

we are booking genius and on valentines day all rooms with the best view were given to locals or to Marriott members, booking members and foreigners were mainly located in the 1st floor where they could see the tent on the sea view. unlucky us!!!
