Arrived before check-in time and as the room was ready we were allowed early entry.
The room was well laid out and the bed was large and comfortable.
Bathroom facilities were great and the spa outside was enjoyed.
There were laundry facilities available, a pool and sauna.
Easy access to parking.
Close to service stations, supermarkets, takeaway facilites and a range of activites.
I didn't like that I had to ask for the tea/coffee/sugar to be replenished. I would have thought that would be a task completed during the daily housekeeping service.

Staff were super friendly on arrival and the room was quite clean and tidy. Not too much wear and tear.
The spa didn't look like it had been used or even accessed in months - without word of a lie the weeds at the door were over shoulder height and I had to move them to get out the door. The spa was full of cobwebs and generally was not inviting at all. Would not/did not use

Missing basics like dish cloth , tea towel
Sky wouldn’t work , helpful staff member couldn’t resolve either
Parking confusing , someone else in our allocated spot for the whole duration ( with no permit on dash )
