The hotel is good value for money as a basic hotel, not flash or luxurious but fine. My room had a lovely view of the lake. There was a desk with a chair, space for luggage, and a comfortable chair, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of power points. The location is good, just a short walk to the town centre or to the lake.
The bathroom was not large, and the shower cubicle was tiny. The shower had a fixed head and didn't move around. There were no hand towels provided, or tissues, and not much in the way of toiletries. On the other hand there was a decent-sized bench for your things and a good mirror. Breakfast was okay, but they seemed to be short-staffed and one day my companion was told by a staff member that they couldn't refill the milk jugs, they "weren't allowed to". Very bizarre. One busy day tables were not being cleared and new people were coming in and there wasn't a clear table for them and the staff didn't seem to notice. Most times I was never asked for my room number when I went to breakfast so there could have been some freeloading. Someone senior needed to be overseeing the breakfast service to keep things moving. The hotel parking overflowed when the hotel was full, but there was plenty of free parking out on the street.

Good breakfast. Bed was amazingly comfortable.
The TV setup is very complicated for someone not savvy with technology and there is no proper instruction booklet to follow. No extra towels or bedding in the room. The lights were awkward either all on or all off, cannot operate in between.
