Very clean, tidy and close to where I needed to go.
No comment as everything was very good.

We liked how clean the rooms were, how comfy the beds were, and the spa was a bonus, especially after a whole day of rugby league in windy, cold conditions. The location was good, close to the CBD but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Great room, clean and added bonus of use of laundry at no extra cost.
I didn't realise the distance from town centre (and not having a bus card) when I booked would make travel a bit harder. Ended up utilising Ubers as too far to walk with luggage.

Easy check-in.
Very clean.
Updated inside.
Loved the easy keypad entry. I liked not needing to bring a key around with me during the day.
Kitchenette was good.
Very comfy studio.
Close to the car park.
I could tell you made an effort to make people's stay comfortable.
I couldn't hang the "Do not disturb sign on the door from the inside (it was too wide to close the door behind me while inside) maybe a command hook on the outside of the door to put it on?
The heat pump remote batteries were very low, so I could hardly see the settings. I brought some new batteries because I arrived after hours and needed it working, as it was really cold.
Double glazing would have helped keep the warm air in and reduce window condensation.
A hook on the shower glass would be good for your towel so you don't have to step outside soaking wet to grab the towel when finished.
