Rrsponse to all my queries were on time. Very accomodating. I was booked first to BobW. I kept adding my friends to the booking as we were arriving on different days on Amstefdam. We needed to do activities together. Thevresponse time and help to get them in was amazing. All by Whaysapp but worked so well.

Everything was above expectations, from the self check in process to the room itself. We arrived earlier than check in time but easily found the locker to leave the luggage. Room was fantastic, illumination was great, bed comfortable, and all very clean. Kitchen was also very useful and big enough to be shared with other guests without having any issues. Location was also fantastic, with easy connection to trains and trams. Staff were also very friendly and fast to respond to any inquiries.
The room needs better ventilation, but not a big deal.
